This is Jason and Emily’s 8th Vintage working with the historic Hawkeye Ranch. Fruits are handpicked and destemmed before native yeast fermentation and aging for 10 months in old French Oak.

The wine delivers plush indulgent fruit which is freshened by bright acidity. This is underpinned with real tannic structure and depth.

Best paired with BBQ lamb with or Merguez Sausages.
